The best way to lose weight fast (along with a healthy whole foods diet) is combining cardio with explosive strength-building exercise. Do each of these 4 exercises for 1 minute with 20-30 seconds of rest in between. Repeat the entire cycle 3 times for the full workout.       hi bex I hope all is well…I had multiple knee surgeries and tore a ligament in my ankle.

      I am in rehab for my surgeries now…but it is S L O W going.
      As I see you do squats and burpies…I wonder will I ever go there again? I am so anxious to start healing up! send some positive yogi om vibes my way! :-)
